Nice to meet you!
I’ve spent the past decade advocating for survivors of violence, for reproductive justice, and for LGBTQ+ rights. Originally hailing from Northwest Arkansas, I attended Hollins University and graduated in 2014. I then graduated from Washington & Lee University School of Law in 2019. I was previously an Associate at Slovensky Law PLLC, the Director of Education and Outreach for SARA Inc., and a Justice System Navigator at the Women’s Resource Center of the New River Valley. I’m now a CASA Supervisor at Children’s Trust in Roanoke, and I represent children as a guardian ad litem.
I live in Roanoke with my husband and our infant son. Our menagerie, or rather our home, includes three cats, a dog, and two fish. In my free time, I sit on the board of the Lean In Project, play cozy video games, and slowly make my way through my to-be-read list.
